Rent on a weekly basis:

• Discount of 400 SEK of the total amount if You book for two or more weeks.
• Bed linen, towels, 5GB of internet traffic per week, electricity, heating and warm water is included for up to 4 persons if You rent per week.
• Extra guests (above 4 people) cost 550 SEK per person per week.
• Extra internet data (above the included 5GB of internet traffic per week) costs 149kr per 20 GB.
• The deposit is 3000 SEK and will be payed back if the house is left in the same condition and the final cleaning has been made by the tenant.
• Final cleaning should be made by the tenant. Otherwise a fee of 1200 SEK will be deducted from the deposit upon departure.

Rent on a monthly basis:
